Because I have to watch “sugars/carbs” I dilute it by about 50%. You can see it hasn’t lost its darkness. Still maintains its taste. And can still have real maple syrup on my favorite almond & coconut flour pancakes with turkey sausage crumbles. For some reason this is only the first time I bought syrup online. I went on desertcart to try to GET Grade B. This syrup used to be graded B and the write-up spoke on it. Based upon the write-up, I got it and was not even a little disappointed.
