I also appreciated the way Imagine This Music of Nashville Tennessee sent this book. It was sandwiched between two heavy cardboard rectangles the same size as the book and wrapped carefully in plastic, essentially rendering it "Mailman Proof". They created a package that could not be folded in half and stuffed in a mailbox!

I'm very impressed with this book and have never seen anything quite like it.
