Thanks, Amazon & UA. *by P***R on May 7, 2018* Fantastic backpack for $34 shipped here. Its a great gray (called rhino gray) color with a little red trim. Its a perfect size (30L) that I will use as a carry on for travel up to a week or possibly two weeks. The back has no compression straps (which I love because they just get in the way I find). Further, it lays pretty small against the back when not filled and expands when you fill it. This makes it look like a 20 liter pack when not filled so it would be great for every day use, too.Its very comfortable to wear and fits well against my back. Nice amount of padding on the straps. Not too much, not too little. I love the separate padded pouches for laptop and iPad in this, too. My 13" MacBook fits with ease and a 15 would likely fit here as well. Zippers and pulls are all good and the little felt pocket at the top is great for sunglasses. Its pretty big and probably could fit a phone and a wallet easily in there, too, but there is another area in another pocket for organizing these things with individual slots so thats what I'll use for them. It has not hip belt and I much prefer it this way. It holds about 15-20 pounds of my stuff nicely the way it is so the hip belt isn't really needed. I guess if you ride a bicycle with it, you might want the hip belt to keep the bag from moving at all but it doesn't move when you are walking or hiking so no issues for me at all.By the way, it came packaged really well and arrived in less than 24 hours with regular prime.
