Yes. But they hurt me if I wear them for more than a couple hours. In their defense I have small ear canals. Especially one ear. The other ear plugs are hard for me to stick inside on my one ear. So it could just be my ears. But I won’t buy these again. Plus sides: they are sturdy, easy to clean and easy to insert. I did cut the tips a bit so they don’t bother me when I’m laying down. I also want to add that I used them several times before reviewing cause I wanted to see if I got used to them. I didn’t.
