Review: Best Christmas film ever made - Set in the50s it sums up a good old fashioned Christmas with loads of laughs. First watched this film with my mum on Christmas Day having dinner in front of the tv when I was little, we had never laughed so much, always remembered this film than found it on vhs than dvd. Don’t make films like this any more absolutely brilliant great for all the family at Christmas 🎄👍

Set in the50s it sums up a good old fashioned Christmas with loads of laughs. First watched this film with my mum on Christmas Day having dinner in front of the tv when I was little, we had never laughed so much, always remembered this film than found it on vhs than dvd. Don’t make films like this any more absolutely brilliant great for all the family at Christmas 🎄👍

EXCELLENT! 5 stars not enough, I fail to see whay this is not better known in the UK ITV / BBC WHY are you ignoring this fantastic film ? It maybe frm from 1983, but it's seems a fresh story everytime we watch it, now our Grandkids are starting to love this film, and ask for it to be shown, I have the disc Region 1 version, which won't play on my new DVD player :-( must work around this soon. BUY IT!
