After a bit of research I found the Mayflash F101. This is a fantastic stick for the price. Sure the buttons and stick aren't as premium as a $100+ stick, but what do you expect. However, the quality is absolutely fine for anyone starting out on the journey. There are lots of upgrade and modding options, so with a little bit extra the short falls could be greatly improved. As for now, this stick is absolutely what I was looking for. They even provide you with both a square and an octagonal gate which was much appreciated. One thing I did notice - I opened a rom with IMame4All - and I noticed it didn't recognize the joystick movements - I tried this version of mame on other roms and it was still no good but it did recognise the keypad controller. I think its Mame-liberto or something like that I am using to run mame roms and that does work no problem with the stick.
