It is easy to use and I feel secure having it on my desk at work. I know my information is protected even if it is lost or stolen. That gives me great peace of mind. I will definitely be getting more of these. ### ⭐ It worked for almost one day. *by V***M on January 13, 2019* It worked when I received it yesterday. When it arrived, I charged it for 2 hours then programmed my password into it. I opened it several times with the password and it worked each time. To make sure it was fully charged, I plugged it into my computer (Windows 7) overnight to make sure the blue light stopped blinking - indicating a full charge. This morning when I tried it - the password did not work anymore.I tried to reset the password and let it wipe my data, but that isn't possible with this device. You have to email the manufacturer with the serial number from the device to get a "dynamic password" that allows you to reset the password without losing your information. Problem is that this process can take a week or more before you get the password. I only had the device for 24 hours and this didn't give me confidence that it was reliable.I was contacted today by the vendor and was told that I should plug in the flash drive no more than 2 hours to charge. If this information is important it should be in the manual that came with the drive. Then before I could get a reset code, I had to send my purchase information to them first. That is fine, but they never said what information specifically. This is not a quick and easy reset for something that didn't work the day after I purchased it.Thanks to Amazon, I sent it back for a refund. I will find a different solution for my passwords. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Beeps as you enter passcode *by N***M on January 14, 2019* I love the drive, good storage and durable.
