Received an upgraded Kerig K-Iced model today
Kerig received with coupons that expired May 2023, a red flag. It would not work, trouble shooting done by manufacturer. Findings were defective purchase with an expired warranty. This happened the day item was received. Asked to send pics of pot with my name, date of purchase on paper in front of pot, model number, copy of proof of purchase, copy of post office tracking and delivery. Told no need to return, trash or recycle. After pics were received, immediately received email the info ie pics were not acceptable. Upon receiving Kerig a replacement would be sent. Followed by request for my physical address (I use PO Box) as UPS would pic item up at place of abode. I then receive email with bar code to use at Staples to return via UPS. So today after inconsistencies I’m going to Stables hopefully for a successful return. Problem is at manufacture in that they mail item not Amazon. They do not check model numbers, warranty expirations, and sell useless items. Poor PR for consumers. Forgot to mention the troubleshooter asked if had K pod in pot. Answered no, and stated per directions one is to first run water through FIRST before making first cup of coffee. Today February 1, 2024 I received email your Kerig is on the way. Unfortunately to physical address and not mailing address. I have PO Box for safety, live in multi apartment building where others take packages of others. This was explained in detail when they requested physical address. First Kerig was mailed to PO Box, so why not replacement?? If it is stolen as many packages are I’m in for more corespondency, and will request refund to charge card used for payment. Replacement Kerig mailed Monday of this week via UPS and received today Wednesday. The coffee maker works fine and I like the upgrade, btw no additional cost. It comes with large water reservoir so no need to add water for each cup. When warm weather come will try ice coffee feature, I’m sure it will work fine too. It took some time to resolve issue but it is now resolved. I would purchase Kerig products again, good maker, and customer support is accommodating.

Great unit for single use or couples
I've owned several Keurigs in the past, including the ill fated Vue. I like this unit the best of all of them. But you have to understand it intended use and how it works to appreciate it. 1st, it doesn't pre-heat and stay hot like the bigger, multi-person units, when they are simply turned on. It only starts to heat when you press the big brew button. Once it's done with the brew the heater turns off, meaning it needs to pre-heat again for any additional cups. 2nd, after you press the brew button, you have to be patient as, unlike the multi-person, larger and more expensive units, it has to heat the cold water. For me and my cold tap water, this takes just under 3 minutes before the cup is complete. In the end, this unit is much more energy efficient as it isn't always heating when simply turned on. 4rd, if you are a single or maybe two person coffee household, this unit is perfect. If you have 3 or more drinkers or throw a lot of gatherings where coffee would be served, the bigger and more expensive multi-cup units would be better for you. What sets this unit apart from others is : 1) It's really small and doesn't take up much counter space, built-in cord storage and coffee bin are nice as well 2) It's really easy to keep clean, as there aren't a dozen things to take apart to clean or difficult places to try and shove paper towel into. 3) Does a good hot cup of coffee, no need to adjust temperature as it's comes up too hot to drink right away... Like a coffee maker should! 4) Water bin is easy to add/remove, easy to fill, easy to clean, easy to dry - compared to the multi-cup makers 5) Unlike other makers, the design is clean, modern, yet simple and doesn't have stupid curves or wasted spaces. This makes the unit easy to add water, brew, use and clean comparably 6) The design is so efficient that there's not a single drip, at least for me, once the brew is done. I'm used to other Keurigs which drip for a minute or two afterwards. The one design issue that affects impatient people is that the brew LED seems to have no rime or reason. You really can't rely on it to determine what step it is in during the brew. I just press the brew button, verify the LED is no longer solid for a couple seconds and walk away for a few minutes or listen for the empty air sound that occurs at the end of the brew cycle if I'm in the kitchen doing other things. In the end I highly recommend this maker for single or dual-household coffee drinkers or those who drink coffee irregularly. However, if you are an impatient person who can't value a small, easy to maintain, energy efficient coffee maker with a simple design, you will hate this coffee maker. It's coffee people, not rocket science. The quality and age of the coffee and pod design/filter are the most important factors. The coffee maker just disperses a controlled amount of hot water to the overall process. In this last factor, I find this unit to excel.

Removable water container single serve coffee maker
Compact single serve coffee maker. Sleek design fits anywhere. Electric cord length is approximately 26’’ from coffee maker to tip of cord. Machine is loud when it starts but only for a short time then it pauses and starts to brew with about the same noise as other Keurig’s. Takes less than 2 minutes to brew but I’d definitely longer than our other machine. Best selling point is the removable water container. Makes washing so much more convenient and easy.

Bought it to travel with...max mug height 7.125" with drip tray pulled
Edit 8/25/22: Keurig's own travel mug says it doesn't fit the K-Mini Plus, but I found that the Thermos Stainless King Travel Mug does. Exactly the max height to fit with the lower tray pulled. It will touch at the top, but it does fit. I've had it with hotel room coffee makers, questionable cleanliness and getting one of those tiny drip makers that are never any good. I also don't want cheap k-cups, not to mention decaf(!) coffee of all things instead of something decent. I'm bringing my own supplies now! I bought this due to its minimal size and it seems built to be fairly portable. The container that slips in the front holds 9 k-cups, saving a little packing space. The cord fits inside the back and you don't have a side mounted water tank to deal with. I prefer my Bunn My Cafe, but I wouldn't risk that on a trip. This is even smaller, about half the width of the My Cafe, but slower functioning. Similarly, this has an option for a slightly slower brew for stronger coffee. Coffee quality is good for a k-cup. The stronger brew option adds about 30 seconds to the process, which is otherwise about 2:40. If the coffee maker has been unplugged and is cold, it may take closer to 4 minutes for the first cup due to the heating tank being room temp. When I was considering this, there wasn't much info about what the tallest travel sized mug would fit. With the removable lower drip tray pulled, you get a space of 7.125". Looking forward to trying this out on my next road trip! Would be nice if there was a built in way of securing the k-cup storage bin and the water tank for travel, but that can be dealt with.

UPDATED - 1 yr review
Updated review: I dealt with issue explained below In my original review for awhile and then finally got around to calling Keurig Customer Care on 23-July... AWESOME experience! First, expecting to hold 5-10 mins to get thru, nope, they answered immediately! Literally a zero second wait time! Rep was great - feel bad now for not catching her name(or asking again at the end)...she listened to my issue without interrupting me, then asked a few questions/ walked me thru some trouble shooting steps. Then had me “brew” a cup (no pod) and it worked as designed, we waited a couple minutes and “brewed” another...and the issue occurred again...pulled in about an ounce of water and quit. Fast forward the story...my new machine is already being shipped under their warranty! Since we love the machine (slim, easy to put away for those like us who don’t like it on the counter 24x7, and brews a nice hot cup), since they offer great customer service and stand behind their warranty without tons of hoops to jump thru, I’m back to rating as 5 stars. We know plenty of people with various Keurig machines who have never had a problem, so chalking this one I had up as an anomaly. I’ll follow up if any concerns with the replacement. Original Review at 10-months: Purchased 1-Aug-2019 and now in June 2020 we are experiencing issues... it will work fine sometimes but other times it doesn’t. It started in May were it worked 90% of the time but now in June it’s a 50/50 chance. When it doesn’t work, it will only draw in an ounce or two of the water and then just stop. It takes several times of pushing the start/brew button over 15-20 minutes before it pulls in all the water, heats up and dispenses. The last two mornings this issues started with the very first brew of the day. And 20+ minutes later when it did finally dispense, it was only a half cup (but all of the water had finally been drawn into the unit). When it works properly we love it. Easy to use and clean. But it appears that the overall quality - in terms of longevity - isn’t there. Maybe we just got a bad one, so watch for other reviews provide at/near the 1 year mark, because 3 months in I would have highly recommended this model.... now I’m backing away from that recommendation unfortunately.

Awesome Machine!!! BUT WITH BIG PROBLEM
Today’s May 2, 2025 and I bought my first Keurig machine in February and have nothing but problems with it even though it makes great coffee “when/if it works” The best feature it has is a strong button and when you don’t use that strong button, it makes a very mild coffee which I don’t care for My coffee machine failed after one month (suddenly stopped dispensing the water) and with the Keurig factory warranty of one year they sent me a second one. THE SECOND MACHINE ARRIVED AND IT FAILED AFTER THREE DAYS - SAME ISSUE Contacted Keurig and they were kind enough to send me a third machine and they did not want any of these other 2 machines returned … so I received the third machine FIRST I changed my water choice to bottled water and it worked fabulously for 2 cups of coffee. And then it died for the same reason again. So now I have three machines and all of them don’t dispense. So I contacted Amazon directly instead of Keurig and told them the problem as the return policy is passed. Plus my extended warranty still hasn’t kicked in. THEY WERE SYMPATHETIC WITH MY ISSUE AND TOLD ME TO RETURN ONE MACHINE AND THEY’LL GIVE ME A FULL CREDIT. $90 PLUS THE WARRANTY FEE MEANWHILE I ALSO CALLED COSTCO AS THEY HAVE ANOTHER KEURIG AND IF I HAVE A ISSUE WITH THAT, I COULD JUST TAKE IT BACK TO COSTCO AND GET AN EXCHANGE - unfortunately it does not have the strong feature so maybe I have to buy the bold coffee from Costco. Organic, of course. BUT GOING THROUGH AMAZON I CANNOT CONTINUE TO TRY TO GET A NEW REPLACEMENT EVERY MONTH AND A HALF SO ANY FURTHER ISSUE I WILL JUST DEAL WITH COSTCO. SEE MY PICTURE. Two machines repackaged and the third is on display. With water still in it that didn’t dispense. Just a little bit frustrating. At least if the Costco machine fails I can drive there and exchange rather than waiting on replacement to ship from Amazon.

Nice color works ok
Considering its budget price it’s worked fine so far for me and I’ve had it about a year. In the past, I found character to break pretty soon especially the smaller ones.

GREAT COFFEEMAKER - SIMPLE TO MAKE EXCELLENT HOT COFFEE.
Great for small areas but, also makes great hot coffee. It makes one cup at a time. I bought the Cardinal Red to brighten up my kitchen - it's fun and makes me smile in the morning. I also like the option for "strong" coffee - the water runs though the pod more slowly hence, more flavor. I suggest not leaving the pod in the coffeemaker once it's finished - discard it after use otherwise it tends to clog the prong. I wish the cord was a tad longer - it measures 24-25 inches - I thought it would be longer but, found a place where it works just fine. It's a bit noisy but, only for a minute or two - the good coffee it makes.....is worth it. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles but, for me, I just want simple to make- good coffee in the morning and this is perfect. Arrived on time in perfect condition. Hope this helps.

NOT FOR UK PWER SUPPLIES
BUYER BEWARE! This product is not for the UK market unless you have a 110v electricity supply (UK is 240v) Was looking forward to using the coffee maker and it’s a nice bit of kit……if you live somewhere else in the world or want to buy a whopping great transformer (1500 Watt minimum). This is not mentioned in the product description.
