DVD does not work. I tried to get a refund and can’t because I done have a printer to print a label. Asked for label to be sent and it never was sent.

What can I say - fantastic!!! Really worth buying. In no time my 5 year old son has learned the alphabet and is really getting to grips with the phonic sounds. He was uninterested in learning to read and write until the alphablocks came along, but now its a different story. I had the product posted to Italy. Quick delivery and product just as described. Excellent!!
