I am still learning this software. It seems pretty straightforward but does require a good bit of reading to achieve small steps. There is documentation on the company’s site. I think I will be able to accomplish a variety of design tasks I have in mind, once I become proficient. I may add a large screen accessory to my laptop to make the symbols and roll over pop ups more easy to see. So, early days yet, but I think this software can work for me. Review: TurboCad Deluxe 2/3D - I am using this program for work and home projects, I am a consulting engineer and have extensive experience with AutoCad, It is too expensive for limited consulting and home use so TurboCad was the option I chose. It is fully compatible with most other Cad file formats for import and export. The user interface is very similar to AutoCad. The cost is very affordable for my use as I will recover the cost on my first project. I have found several features which are improvements over the Autocad software. I have not previously used 3D software, so I chose spend a little more to get the Deluxe version and learn how to use it.
