(Battery and charger sold separately.) Review: Little Powerhouse - When my wife first suggested that she was going to purchase this saw, I dismissed it because it was 1) only 12" and 2) electric. The chain length is more than adequate for most jobs. The battery life is sufficient for about 30 minutes of cutting. It is quite easy to swap out chains when you need a sharp one, and adjusting the tension on the chain could not be easier. This will easily cut small trees and large limbs. I used mine almost exclusively to clean up my property after Hurricane Milton. Top quality. The only drawback to the design is that there is no chain lube reservoir. A dry chain tends to dull faster than a wet chain. I use a spray lubrication product that helps a bit. Regardless, top rating for this little powerhouse! Review: Wonderful saw and plenty of power for my usage needs - First time using it, I was very impressed. The recent upgrades to this model was one reason why I went ahead and bought it. Upgrades include a seal on the oil cap to help prevent leakage, oil cap changes to help prevent dust, etc. from getting into the oil tank, smoother cut so improved battery life and a higher RPM than the previous model. The safety feature is a little harder to engage than I expected so don't be surprised about needing to push harder than you might think to put it into run mode if the safety is on (mine came with it engaged). Other than that, everything was as expected and it was up and running after plugging in a battery and adding oil. Be sure to not let it run out of oil and tighten the chain after using it awhile as new chains will loosen up a bit after some use. Saw is powerful and light weight.
