Review: smile. you're not on camera - after receiving the pkg setup was easy, the only issue I have is 1 of 4 cameras was out of focus, I called CS, they were of no help, except telling me to buy another unit. I don't need 8 cameras. I called the company they themselves were not helpful at all. there is NO program to help you to put it in focus. after writing this review, the company reached out and replaced the camera within 5 days. I had NO problems connecting it. I gave it a 2 star when I wrote this review, but now that I'm hole, I it's now a 5 STAR

**Q: Can I use this without wifi? I only want to view it on the monitor.  I am not into the smart phones or i pads**
A: These NVR security cameras have their own WIFI so you do not need home WIFI but if you want to see the video from the cameras you need to plug the NVR into your home WIFI to see it on your phone or tablet. But the system will work great on its own WiFi. You do NOT need WIFI to work.

A: Got it from my momma

**Q: Does the video back up somewhere**
A: On the router that comes with the kit. Also, you can back up to a cloud server ay additional cost. My router is 1 TB and holds about a week of 4 cameras recording only when an "event" triggers them (motion detection).

### ⭐ Terrible Experience - Avoid This Camera System!

I wish I could give this camera system less than one star. After the return period ended, the cameras completely stopped recording. Now, they keep bombarding us with offers to purchase a storage package for each camera, which is ridiculous considering we already paid for the system. We've tried reaching out to customer service countless times through various methods, but we’ve received no response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since we also paid for the extended warranty, but they won’t help us until the manufacturer’s warranty has expired. This has been an exhausting experience, and I strongly advise anyone considering this camera system to look elsewhere. You’ll regret the purchase as much as I do!
