I volunteer in an orphanage in Kenya every year and these seeds went to Kenya. I am trying to expand their diets because many are dying in their 50's due to eating a poor man's diet of "ugali", a very thick cornmeal mush and a few greens. My biggest challenge is teaching them how to prepare the greens with their usual seasonings of tomatoes, onions, salt and oil and then to try it. It is so hard to get past cultural differences.
