My shoes fit with plenty of room for my work clothes (pants, shirt, and sports coat), plus a gym towel and toiletries. I also carry a water bottle and a protein shaker. It's got enough pockets that I don't have to worry about my towel colliding with my work clothes, or my body wash spilling on my phone. I did a lot of research to find a bag (my gym doesn't really have private lockers). While this one is smaller than my previous bag, the design makes it easier to fit all my stuff without having to rummage for things.
