Does exactly what it says. Currently connecting 2 monitors with different resolutions 2560x1440 & 1920x1080 and it's working great. If only the dock also had an audio output then it would've been perfect but a great buy 👍

Good product for home use, but no head charger as shown in slides

The product is exceptional, deserving a five-star rating. However, I have been unable to reach the official seller, distributor Sophus Technosol, for any warranty claims, as my attempts to contact them through various emails and WhatsApp based on the information provided on the Ugreen website have gone unanswered for the past two months. This review pertains to my experiences with other Ugreen products, as I have purchased nearly 20 different items in the past, but I faced reality when seeking support. In short rely on ugreen quality not on indian seller.

1. I added DP but only 100HZ refresh rate coming instead of 165hz. 2. For 49 inch samsung G9 DP not working, if working then 60Hz is coming only; With HDMI only 120 and below is coming. 3. Type C is only for Data Transfer. Otherwise all is good. USB A IS WORK FINE ✅ USB C WORK FINE = i added my mic and keyboard there. Charging 100W PD work fine ✅ HDMI work fine below 34 inch monitors full refresh rate coming ✅ Same for DP port ✅

Lightweight in use..Does the job. Using for 2 monitor, Keyboard and Mouse and also the charger which is charging my laptop Only issue is the cable length. Dont understand why this beautiful tech. metals are built but always the length of the wire for most docking stations online is soo limited /Short. This forces me to leave the dock station behind laptop hanging on the table instead of hiding it under the table

After only four months of use, the HDMI output stopped working. When I contacted Amazon, they redirected me to the seller. The seller is highly unprofessional—requesting unnecessary videos and footage, and once it became clear the product was faulty, they simply referred me back to Amazon. Amazon, in turn, sent me back to the seller. This is an unserious company that takes no responsibility for after-sales support. The product performs well as long as it works, but when it fails, you are left without support or a solution. Good product until it breaks. Once it does, you are on your own. Buyer beware.

product only allows for screen mirroring on a macbook. when plugged in, the second monitor isn't recognized separately, so there is no option for individual settings. instead, the second monitor simply mirrors the first. and to make matters worse, it distorts the colors on my AOC monitor. I wish I'd kept the box to send it back, this product is basically useless.
