Happy to have brought Ninty Ine Wolvorine 10.2Ah bike and have been using it for last one week: great product, well designed and suits wonderful for daily commute, gets to good speed around 25km/h in around 10 sec . Colour looks great and smooth ride. Would have appreciated if the basic accessories like mudguard and block could have been provided and charged. First experience with an electric bike has been good . Got my seat changed as the original one was hit hard .

Took time investigating e - cycles and finalized ninetyone zx version. pros: Build quality is superb 5 modes available big battery as expected Charging takes time, but it's a worthy choice compared to 7.8 mh. smooth and comfortable handling modes. cons: Tracking packages is a big challenge with ninety-one and Delivery Kart as amazon has no choice to provide proper tracking in this case. It took 3 weeks to deliver in my case. Still need to use it for a month for detailed review..

Worst customer experience ever. No one should even think of buying from this brand. The cycle’s throttle motor stopped working within just three months of purchase along with some sound in the battery and that is also faulty but they refused to take the battery — that itself speaks volumes about their pathetic product quality. After countless calls, emails, and follow-ups, they finally asked us to courier the throttle body to their address at our own cost. We sent it immediately. It has now been over two months since they received the part — and all we keep hearing is the same scripted response: “Ready to ship.” No dispatch. No tracking details. No accountability. Absolutely zero action taken to resolve the issue. Their warranty is nothing but a marketing gimmick. When the product actually fails, they make you run in circles, delay endlessly, and ensure you never successfully claim it. The build quality of the cycle itself is extremely poor — frequent repairs, substandard components, and no real after-sales support. What’s worse is their shady practice right after purchase — they aggressively push customers to leave 5-star reviews on Amazon. Once that review is posted, they become completely unreachable. Calls go unanswered, emails ignored. This kind of seller is damaging Amazon’s reputation. Platforms like Amazon should seriously investigate and ban such brands that manipulate reviews, sell low-quality products, and abandon customers after taking their money. Highly disappointed. Completely frustrated. Never recommending this brand to anyone.

It's a very good product, best electric cycle for this price. The quality of the paint is very good The performance of the Motor is very impressive. Battery performance is also good.

Very nice. Look is very good. And this run like a real bike . Very much live this ❣️❣️ But cant to claim warranty. This cycle battery charger damaged automatically in 3 months. I ask to customer service. They always tell we replace. But no replace i get.. Very very worst customer service. Buy form any other brand. Or you cant get warranty.

Superb cycle, managed to get it assembled by a nearby cycle guy in 500/-. Charging and PAS is good, team coordinates well. Putting this review after a week.

It is as good as a scooter!!!!! Battery backup lasts 25 km on throttle mode as promised. Battery takes about 5 hours to full charge. Assembly was easy and I could do it myself at home
