Review: It Works!! - I was skeptical to say the least. I have only submitted maybe three reviews on products I have bought in over 10 years, so that should tell you something. I purchased this device because I have tried everything else I can get my hands on for bug bites. I don’t just get the small round itchy raised bump when I’m bit by a mosquito, flea, fly or any blood sucking bug. No, I get welts, my body reacts far more intense with an allergic reaction and has kept me awake over a single flea bite. I swear these insects have colony meetings to strategize how to find me. I have left blood stains on my sheets from scratching the bites when I am asleep. To say I’m desperate to find something to relieve the severe itch is an understatement. I HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION! This device takes the itch away and the bite minimizes by 80% after the first use. I use twelve clicks on each bite, new and old and repeat if I feel them again. After that, no itching, no scratching. It feels like a slight rubber band sting, but nothing bad at all. I don’t know how long this device will work, but if it stops working, I will buy another one.

The only downside is that it does deliver a static shock-like sensation(not horrible), and that sensation is accompanied by a fairly loud snap. So some, esp children, might be bothered by that. However, it does exactly what it's supposed to do-relieve mosquito bites! Arrived quickly.

**Q: I'm confused(not an abnormal state for me, btw) how many times can you use this item? the way i took it was once. am i way off base? so confused! dawn**
A: You can use this item until it breaks....the button creates a spark for as many times as you want, until it breaks down, I suppose.

**Q: How is this charged if there are no batteries?**
A: it's the same technology that's used for the igniter in a gas grill.  the spark is produced as Dale Williams described.  The sparks destroy the proteins from the venom -- works on all kinds of bites, not just mosquitoes.  we used them in the tropics for the mosquitoes that found the spots we missed when we were putting on our insect repellent.  helps if you can have a partner for the hard to reach places.

**Q: I've heard that people can use it for headache and muscle tension relief as well. Anyone know how to do that?**
A: It does seem to give energy, kind of electric energy, when I click a bite. Maybe that heals headaches and tension.

**Q: Does this get rid of the bite as well or just the itching?**
A: Does not get rid of the bite.  Bite will last as long as it always did.  Just helps with the itching.

### ⭐ Nope. Faulty function & broke within 1 min

I previously used the Zap-It brand which worked great but this one only created a successful electrical arc about 1/2 the time (only one side would spark) then it literally fell apart in my hands while using it within appx 25 clicks. Easy to return via Kohls free drop off though.
