Holy Crap a doos, I finally had to change my ink pad and this product WORKED!!!!!! it comes with a QR code to reset the ink level and I did not have to pay for any keys to reset as their software did in fact work, i was very leary of these inkpads i have read horror stories. worked like a charm of my Epson 2803 , so easy to install and get going, great value for what you get.

This doesn’t work with a Mac so I reached out for assistance, they responded quick & suggested I try to get this done on a Windows PC. They were nice enough to refund me in full & keep the product. I don’t own a Windows PC, so I will see what I can do. I have 5 stars because they were so helpful & understanding. If I get it to work on a Windows PC I will definitely purchase again.

The product appeared to be as advertised with the exception of no software for zeroing included. You were supposed to go online and download it. We attempted to do this many times and from many different things (two different computers, two different I-phones). Being that we have virus protection on all, they would not allow us to go to the web site because it was not a reliable source. Thus the item purchased was a waste unless we can get the step by step instructions for resetting to zero. Not worth returning, plus one of the disposal ink cartridges has been installed.
