I was very excited and since my phone was in need of a charge anyway, I put the case to use. The case arrived halfway charged up and remained halfway charged after two hours of charging my cell phone. This is the good news. The charger case is easy to turn on and off using a small switch and has four small LED lights that display what charge the case has. Easy to operate. Very helpful. The bad news is that the charger case has is charged using a micro-USB; the micro-USB charger was not included as an accessory to the charger case. I'm highly disappointed, as I have to scour for a cable to charge the charger case. I don't understand why the charger is missing; it seems like a necessary accessory to include. Highly questionable. Therefore, I give the case an okay for now.WARNING: As my phone charged, it began to heat up.
