Adhesive lasted about 3 days. I threw out the extras on accident. Smh. Wish the buzz was a little stronger because I easily tune it out. Gotta remove a star for that because it defeats the purpose of I am able to forget its there even with it buzzing. Can adjust how long and to what degree you are slouching before it buzzes.
