**Q: why was my item was not delivered. it was customized and why have i not  recieved a response to my three emails**
A: I have placed two orders from this one company some 6 months apart.  Although I was told 2-3 weeks I got them within days so they must be created on the west coast.  Amazon does not charge you until the item is shipped
