I have my tried and true knife, like every amateur chef does, and it’s tasty brand. After the 5 year anniversary set my job gave me, turned out to be a piece of crap I had to get new ones pronto. Saw these, couldn’t beat the price, and figured if it’s the same brand as my emotional support knife they gotta be better than the ones from work. Sharp as hell right out of the package, A+! Still very sharp all these months later too, haven’t needed to resharpen yet. Great weight to them, not too heavy, but not a light piece of junk either. The block it comes with fits in my drawer perfectly. I put them through the dish washer (I know sue me) with no issues, and they have stood up well to all the love and abuse my household offers.
