Had to call Tmobile to get it activated without a sims card. They tried to get me to buy a new sims card, but moms old flip did not have one, to begin with to be activated. Insist and they will activate it for you with the model #inside the phone. Its a very sturdy phone. Has decent camera for what it is. ### ⭐ Could not be activated on Sprint *by I***S on July 13, 2017* The phone I was sent "sold by EBwireless and Fulfilled by Amazon" could not be activated on the Sprint network. I tried online first and when that failed I used Sprint's online chat for help. They said the phone's ESN was not in their database and therefore could not be activated, but that I could take it to a store and see if it can be added to the database. I went the next morning to a Sprint corporate store (not owned by a third-party and operating under the name, an actual Sprint store) and the manager there tried to add the phone, but told me the system kept giving an error that the phone was "invalid" and there was nothing he could do about this.The phone itself is very sturdy and I still intend to get a legit one that can be used with my existing Sprint account. I am just sorry to say that it will not be one from Amazon. For me it turned out the price here was too good to be true.
