365 by Whole Foods Market, Organic All Purpose Flour, 80 Ounce

This flour worked wonderfully for baking and cooking. It has a consistent texture, mixes easily, and produced great results. I’ll definitely purchase it again.

I got 5 bags when it was on sale for $2.60 or something super low. It was less than $3., but more than $2.50 and organic flour at that price is amazing! I make all of our bread so I’m sure I will use those 5 bags up before the year ends. I think the sell by date was less than a year away, but unless you store your flour in temps above 78 degrees it should last for many years. I will definitely be on the lookout for sales like that in the future.

I make my own bread now so I love this quality flour. I just need to get the message out to Amazon that the bag of flour needs to be wrapped additionally before being placed in the box with other items. No matter how much packing they put it the box, the bag of flour gets tossed around & inevitably breaks open or leaks at the very least, contaminating the flour. I don't want my money back, I want the flour to arrive in my hands unopened & packaged well. Thank you.

Flour is good. Packaging, not so much. Why throw the box? Otherwise, maybe you should tightly wrap Flour bags before shipping.

Great price and product

I love that this flour is organic! It baked well, and my sourdough starter loved it. It is a really fresh flour! My only complaint is I used it too fast, lol!

I’m so happy I found this flour. I got them to confirm that it doesn’t contain extra “stuff” in there (I’m even afraid to write it down as in Canada they’re all supposed to contain the “stuff”), but just know that for those with malfunctioning MTHFR genes out there like me, this is the only all-purpose flour that won’t hinder your methylation process. And it’s organic to boot! Shipping hasn’t been an issue as others, it was all intact (maybe buying two at a time helps?), and my sourdough bread has never been this good since I started using this flour. King Arthur might also be a good, similar flour but for the price difference there’s just no competition here. I highly recommend!

Well that went fast! Ordered it and it arrived faster than expected. Well packaged including plastic sealed bag around the actual paper bag. Used it to make two big loaves of bread using a recipe I found on Pinterest. Both loaves 🥖 🍞 came out great. Had enough left to make pie 🥧 crust and it came out amazing too. Glad to see Amazon carrying the Whole Foods brand since I don’t live near one anymore. Recommend this for a home baker that needs an organic all purpose flour

When I was in California baby-sitting I discovered this flour in WholeFoods. I just Love it! But we in Canada, do not have WholeFoods groceries, well not in the Eastern part that is. All the 365 Products are just marvellous! The flour is light, no chemicals or added products. The taste is really good. I feel I have the BEST flour health wise. Thank You Amazon. You're the Best! Just like your flour!

I made flat bread, although it taste good but it turned solid to be like a rock, I double checked the information on the package it says the wheat comes from hard red grain!, then I made bread loaf using bread maker machine the result was better so I don't think this is all purpose flour as it doesn't make roti bread as expected, but it still good flour.

I like flour, but is sifter than allpurpose regular flour I am used to wirking with, very soft too. My bake goods turn out good!
