I bake all the time. I’ve been a longtime dedicated customer of the King but thought I’d try this and quite honestly, I can’t tell the difference. Price is excellent and I hope I’m not going to find out that this flour is processed with something awful to keep the price down. Till then, I’ll keep using it.

True to its name... this flour's multipurpose! I use it for my banana pancakes and they're a hit. Reliable for other baking too, but pancakes are my go-to. Got a fave recipe you'd like to share?

Amazing flour texture js very fine a good 5lb size bag. For a great price. I have been purchasing this flour for over a year I use it daily for my simple easy protein packed bread recipe 1.5 cups flour 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt Salt optional add to taste I usually mix in some Italian herbs and air fry it till golden brown Stuff it with hand carved meats and mozzarella cheese.

Good flour however Amazon's handling the package left it partially open and spilling, poorly package in a soft sided package.

The product itself is great quality. However packing it for the delivery needs to be better. Flour that is packed in a paper bag was just put into a shipping bag, not even a stiff box, with no plastic around it. It ripped and some flour was all over other item shipped together.

Wonderful flour. Not bromated and unbleached. I use primarily for baking. The only issue I had was with the packaging. It was delivered leaking. The paper bag it was sealed in seems too thin.

Bought this for my sourdough starter. Unbleached great value!

I have been a yeast addict for over 60 years, making bread. The "365" brand of flour is one of the 2 best brands that I've ever used. The results are excellent in a wide variety of breads, from the light textured plain jane white bread to the dense sour dough Ezekiel recipe that I developed. The bag states that you are purchasing 5 pounds of flour, there is actually 100 grams more than that in the bag.
