It is so cheap and ugly. It is flimsy. The hard plastic cover that holds the iPad is the cheapest little flimsy thing. I can't believe how much they are charging for this. The keyboard is such cheap plastic. It doesn't attach to the inside except with a magnet. The pencil holder makes it impossible to hold this with your left hand and write/touch the screen with your right hand. If you are left handed this might be fantastic for you. Or if you are right handed and have exceptionally large hands. Overall I say this is a bad buy. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great idea with pencil holder, but a very heavy cover *by B***N on July 15, 2018* Wanted to like the product, but for some reason the cover that attaches to the iPad makes the entire unit very heavy giving the feel of carrying a laptop when the cover is attached to iPad. Interestingly the keyboard by itself does not seem to add to the weight. Also took couple of attempts to initiate the refunds process, finally after getting authorization to send the item back I am also stuck with return shipment fee despite of not meeting the "light weight" claim in the product description. It has been more than a week since I shipped it back on two day priority mail, but haven't heard any thing back about processing the refund.EditedWhile the weight issue still exists and I returned the product, I bumped the ratings 1 star to 3 for the improved customer service. Naswei team followed up eventually and addressed all of my shipping concerns with the return. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not totally impressed, but ok for the price. *by S***Y on September 30, 2018* I was anticipating receiving this keyboard case for my new ipad but not sure how great it would be. The size is right and the color is attractive but the case itself seems a bit flimsy as far as using it as a stand. You have to position it just right or it will flop over. I have an older case for my ipad mini that works great as a stand so I was expecting that function of this case to work a bit better. The keyboard is held in place magnetically but its not a very strong magnet, so be careful to not drop let the keyboard drop. The keyboard is very light and serms a bit flimsy but it works. It arrived on time and was packaged well. So for the price so far I’m satisfied overall.
