Good customer service as they sent a new device, let's wait how long it will work, hopefully it will last more than one pool season. For that price it should last a few years one might think. Warranty expires after a year, a bummer if it brakes again after that year. Will keep you updated! Update in new Pool Season 2022: Still having issues, you arm it and after a few hours you see that it's suddenly disarmed. Did not touch it in the meantime. So this is not really helping me saving my kids from drowning. No, i would not recommend to buy it, sorry... UPDATE JUNE 2022: I got contacted by the support team, they did send me a new home unit, which made the connection better, but still failed a couple of times, then i received additional a new pool unit and now everything seems to work.
