Everything was individually packed.1. Feed roller and separation roller fitted well.2. Pickup roller is where is the problem a raised, look at the photos, and you can see the side by side comparison with the original part. The tabs are slightly larger on the right side. I trimmed it down and now it's working for now.Deduct 1 star for the none fitting part and deduct another star for not provide service guide.
