Effective, and the best part is, they are easy to apply. If you get a wrinkle, you can take it off or peel it back , fix the wrinkle and put it back on. Unlike other brands when you’re trying to put them on your back or down the back of your leg for sciatica by yourself, the other brands easily get twisted and stuck together, and you can’t pull them apart.

A nice staple to have if you have chronic pain or work out a lot. A bit expensive because of the brand name I'm guessing. Strong smell

Best product out there for pain! As I have a lot of pain conditions & nerve damage; I used it for neck, shoulder, back and knee pain. I have a high pain threshold but it’s the only thing that takes the intensity of pain off. You feel the cooling effect ease the pain instantly. I usually feel so much better by the next morning. And I love that it comes in different sizes! I’ve tried prescription lidocaine patches and they were no good and didn’t stick on at all. Icy Hot patches do not come off until you take them off hours later or the next day. The only issue is that it’s a strong menthol smell that can burn your eyes if it’s close to your face. Make sure you wash your hands after applying so you don’t burn your eyes by touching with hands! I have a constant supply for myself and family in pain. If I could invest in these I would. I’ll be using them for life. Extremely happy customer!!!
