Its the only product i use. **Q: Anyone have issues opening the pump? I keep turning it counter-clockwise but it won't unlock.** A: No but I honestly havent tried to open it. Sure hope it does cause im going to want to use all of it!! **Q: Does this contain any sulfates or sodium chloride?** A: No it doesn’t **Q: Is it the kind of conditioner that you leave in or the kind you have to rinse out?** A: Directions are to wash it out after 3-5 mins. I'm sure if you put a small amount on your hair wet it would be ok to leave in. I wouldnt use alot though it has a thicker texture. I've never tried it though. I always leave it in for a few mins like while I finish my shower and then rinse it out.
