It was only 1/6th of the price so I decided to give it a try.It wasn't a perfect switch as the geometry was different so different pipes had to be run.There was an issue with leaking on one pipe, but the customer service was very good, responding in 1/2 a day and dispatching a replacement part and the issue was resolved quickly.Once it was installed it worked perfectly. The noise level is the same as the saniflo it replaced and it looks very similar in terms of color and shape etc.I purchased the 3 year warranty from Amazon and it all still cost far less, so I would certainly purchase this again in the future (my plumber said mascerator pumps last about 3-5 years normally). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value *by C***G on September 24, 2025* Great product.
