I can be a 6- 7 depending on the brand (but most often a 6.5) and these were pretty spot on. Very similar to newbalance sizing for me. Also I have a narrow foot and many shoes are too wide and these are perfect for that problem. Not sure I could recommend them to someone with wide feet. Also all the reviews saying these are fake; they are not. I called Reebok and they told me these are their new 2019 design and the picture is of the old design.
