Yup, happened to me. I'll learn to temper and try again. The product is sturdy and looks like it will last a long time. If you're new to the whole chocolate making or you bought this to make the Dubai chocolate, you might be better off buying a silicone mold. I was too optimistic and suffered the consequence. You don't have to.

This mold was difficult to use at first, but once I tempered my chocolate and set in the freezer for about an hour, the candy came out of the mold easily. You must temper the chocolate though.
