Review: Great machine when used right - This welder generator is an amazing piece of equipment. With minor adjustments I was able to get it they way I was comfortable. Modified the legs to be taller and swapped the wheels out for larger steel hub solid tires so I didn't have to bend so much when moving it. Swapped the Dinse sockets for standard 35-50 so u could use different leads. With a few bucks I was able to make it into a better machine than ones 4x the price. Great for those on a budget. Also, after the first tank of gas I suggest changing the oil as that is the "break-in" period of the engine which will extend the life greatly. Make sure you watch your time. Some try to use it without a break and it burns out the machine too fast. Leave it running for 10 minutes after you finish so it can run a cool down cycle.

This welder generator is an amazing piece of equipment. With minor adjustments I was able to get it they way I was comfortable. Modified the legs to be taller and swapped the wheels out for larger steel hub solid tires so I didn't have to bend so much when moving it. Swapped the Dinse sockets for standard 35-50 so u could use different leads. With a few bucks I was able to make it into a better machine than ones 4x the price. Great for those on a budget. Also, after the first tank of gas I suggest changing the oil as that is the "break-in" period of the engine which will extend the life greatly. Make sure you watch your time. Some try to use it without a break and it burns out the machine too fast. Leave it running for 10 minutes after you finish so it can run a cool down cycle.

The outside dimensions of the unit would be very helpful so a proper size storage cover can be ordered for it, a cradle or stand bracket to hold the welding cable to the unit when not in use would help too.
