Perfect!
I purchased two of these for two best choice, “12v keep ride on with remote”. We’ve charged them several times and they’ve worked as well as the original charges that came with the Jeep’s. We lost those during a move. They always charge fully and quickly. With everyday riding we only have to charge about once a month.

works for Yamaha ypt-220
I just want to confirm for y'all that this does work for my Yamaha YPT-220 keyboard. we got it used for my friend and it only came with batteries which kept dying really fast so I was looking for a cord. I was so happy to find this one at a good price and an actually worked. Woohoo

Works as it should.
We had an older Yamaha keyboard that we wanted to give to my granddaughter but had lost the power supply. This was a great fix. Now she can have fun with her own "piano."

Works for Yamaha keyboard
This cord went perfectly with my daughter’s Yamaha keyboard. She lost the original and I found this baby which worked just fine! We’ve had it for a few months now and it’s still functioning properly.

It works, but not really “universal”
What I mean by that is…when choosing a power adapter, you have to check a few things. First, the barrel connector: This one (black tip) is the most common for 12v DC inputs, so good chance you’ll be fine. But some equipment (like keyboards, effects pedals, etc) may use the smaller (yellow) connector, or larger (red. Usually AC) connector, so just make sure you’ve got the right one. Second, the voltage. Assuming you searched specifically for 12v so you probably already know this, but voltage can not be changed. For example, you can not put a 12V power supply into something that requires 9V or otherwise (even if it fits). This will burn out your equipment either slowly or immediately. Keep the voltage as required! Lastly, the amperage. This can really be any number as long as the equipment you’re powering is drawing less than the adapter can provide. For example, if your keyboard is 12V 1a, you can use a 12V 1.5a no problem. In fact it’s actually a bit better to have some headroom there (means the adapter isn’t at threshold all the time). Anyway, just a bit of advice if anyone needs it. This thing is just fine.
