Review: Fantastic ice pack for shoulders! - This shoulder ice pack is by far the most comfortable and long-lasting ice pack I have ever used. The cubed structure is so flexible that it allows the wrap to maintain excellent contact around your shoulder and upper arm, evenly cooling inflammation and reducing pain. The ice pack also provides about two hours of cooling. I have three of these ice packs, and if I change them out every two hours, I can have cooling relief on my shoulder all night. This is fantastic if you are dealing with shoulder inflammation or are post-rotator cuff surgery. The wrap is easy to slide into once the Velcro straps are set, and it is just as easy to slide back out of. The wrap comes with a reusable freezer bag to help prevent the material from absorbing any smells from the freezer. Overall, this is the most impressive ice pack for shoulders I have ever used, and after three rotator-cuff surgeries, I have used quite a few.
