It also has the ability to adjust the water pressure coming out of the shower head using a simple push button. the shower nozzle screen also comes fully apart for cleaning When it comes to showering, I don't know if it's the smaller nozzles, but it noticeably maximizes the available water pressure you have. Spa-like experience is how my wife described it. There is a built in filter and only time will tell how effective it is. So far it's made a world of difference (filter + shower spray) in our shower experience. We initially bought one for our master bedroom and have since bought 2 more for our other bathrooms
