I have several stone patios, stairs, and walkways. We have a lot of trees around our property and the stonework gets its share of mold and mildew. I used to buy a very expensive mildew remover that worked with a pressure washer. For the first few years, that worked fine but took a long time to do. Over time, some mold and mildew got into the stonework deep enough that pressure washer just wasn't enough. Someone told me about Wet & Forget so I gave it a try last fall. Boy did it work great!! Now it doesn't work immediately. It does take a few to several weeks to work. But my stonework looks like it was brand new. It is very easy to use. You mix the proper ratio of it with water in a hand sprayer and simply spray it on. It goes much faster than a pressure washer. I think the label says reapply after a few months but I think I'll only need to do two applications per year. This is a great product in my opinion and I recommend it.

Wet and Forget is a miracle product for keeping plastic fences, porch railings and vinyl siding free of mold and mildew. It is easy to apply and works great with no scrubbing to keep surfaces clean for weeks at a time. It also works on stubborn stains from birds. Wet and Forget as ii name suggests makes outdoor maintenance easy and restores surfaces without scrubbing. I love this product and recommend it to everyone I know.

Well wet and forget didn't work. I have to go back and put more on stones and scrub them.

My husband and I have been using this for a year now — seven times and counting. The before and after speaks for itself. Our cement patio went from dingy and stained to looking completely brand new every single time. The stain removal is seriously impressive and it always dries streak-free. Fast results with zero scrubbing, which we love. The scent is mild and not overwhelming at all. And the value for money? Unbeatable — one jug goes a long way. This is a permanent staple in our home now. If your outdoor surfaces need help, just get it. You won’t regret it!

I sprayed most of my driveway in April but ran out of product. I decided to wait to make sure it worked before buying more. From the picture taken on June 1, you can see which areas of the driveway did not get sprayed. This product works but it is better for some applications than others. It did a great job of getting rid of the moss that was growing on our shed roof but I feel that it did only an ok job getting rid of the algae stains on the driveway. But then, it is meant to kill living things and let nature take them away, it is not a stain remover.

I used a garden sprayer to spray the moss on our roof with wet and forget. Yes, it kills the moss. BUT- read the directions and follow them! My sprayer was new and the fitting came loose, leaking on my hand, back and leg. It was 20+ minutes before I washed it off. I was pretty sick for the next week, rash, fatigue, itching, brain fog. Also note the comment about not spraying near water. I was on the roof and doing my best to spray with low pressure but there was a lot of atomization and the breeze carried this everywhere. I was wearing a mask but probably should have had a full body suit and glasses on. This mist made its way to our little 90- gallon pond next to house and killed all the fish. Yes, I learned my lesson, the instructions say not to spray near water; I should have covered the pond; what appeared to be a little mist up on the roof went a long way on the environment. We made it 20 years in the pacific northwest without moss issues but the last few years, something has changed and we are getting consistent moss growth on the roof, rock walls, deck, and all around. My mixed review is based on the fact that it works, but this seems like a harsh chemical for the environment and the user. I don't know if I can recommend this or not My wife is hard set against it as she maintains a healthy garden around the house with many animals and critters.

I have been using Wet and Forget for years to keep my concrete driveways and sidewalks from turning black (or get them back in shape if already black). Appying this stuff is far easier than pressure washing (just spray it on) and does not damage the surface as pressure washing often does (chews off the smooth surface, exposing the agregate). The only downside is it takes a long time to see results. Months usually. But it DOES work. And once you get those surfaces back in shape, it is easier to keep them clean. Just reapply Wet and Forget every couple of years (or sooner if necessary) to keep the remove any returning mold and mildew.

Waste of money and time, not beneficial at all.
