Looks good and works well!
I really wanted to wait for the Satechi Mac mini M4 dock coming out on the 17th, but this one was impressive with the aluminum fins for cooling unlike almost all others. This one also can handle up to an 8TB M.2 SSD. All others I’ve noticed only go up to 4TB max. So, I put a Western digital Black 4TB SN850x in the slot and so far it works to perfection. I decided to add a copper heat sink above the M.2 for that additional cooling (and shielding) and effect. It’s a fact that copper is better than aluminum as a shield and blocks both magnetic and radio waves. Hopefully that’ll address any WiFi signal reduction like was mentioned on some other docks for the Mac Mini M4. I also decided to leave the Aluminum cover with the RayCue logo off to allow for more heat dissipation. Why lock the heat in with the SSD, you know? The copper heatsink in the 2mm height for anyone interested. The larger ones stick passed the RayCue cover and the Largest 2 interfered with the bottom of the Mac mini so it didn’t sit flush on the RayCue. The 2mm sits flush and still allows the RayCue cover to be put back on. I’m pretty please over all and this Mac mini now has more storage memory overall than any other computing device I’ve owned! Photos attached.

Don’t buy this. It does work entirely.
None of the USB-A connections work. The SD card slot also does not work. The USB 3 connections do function, and the SSD slot works with a Crucial 2 TB SSD that I installed. So at least it acts as an SSD enclosure, and offers extra USB 3 ports, but this hub is not as advertised. They picture it with all these peripherals you can plug into it, but the one I bought doesn’t perform that way. It either isn’t designed to do the job it’s advertised to do, or it’s poorly made.

There is no delay.
The connection is very simple and the build quality is solid, just like the MAC mini. When I plugged it into the mini, all the ports worked properly and I didn't encounter any delay when connecting to any device on it.

Impossible to access the SSD storage
Solid piece of kit with a nice array of ports. Major drawback is an array of stupidly small screws that must be opened to access the SSD. So small they arrived stripped and only got worse when we attempted to open them. The design for SSD access needs to be reconsidered. Now we have to buy a micro screw extractor kit and replacement screws. Or send it back. UPDATE: Managed to extract the screws using an extractor kit. The "VMAN 145 in 1 Precision Screwdriver Set" has all the tools to remove the bad screws and replace with new ones. SSD installed and it's working fine. No response from RayCue support. 2 quantity M2*4 screws are needed to replace the stripped ones.

Does exactly what it says!
So far no issues with this. It's clean, full metal, feels heavy. Does and works exactly as it says. I slapped a 2TB m.2 drive in there and no issues. So far so good, love it! Mac Mini M4 docks are far and few between rn, so this one is pretty good. I'm sure better ones are on the horizon, but until this one stops working or stops meeting my needs, it's primo!

Hands down the best Mac Mini M4 dock!
This Mac Mini M4 dock is superb! The build and finish of this dock compliments the Mac mini beautifully. I love connecting my SSD and having all these extra ports, including an SD card slot. The best part about this particular dock is that it does not interfere with the Wi-Fi and I get maximum coverage. Despite the long wait time, I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Works great with Mac Mini M4 pro but some drive ejections and bad PD port
I ordered this from Amazon and took about 2 weeks to arrive from China. It came with two screwdrivers (Phillips and flathead) a USB-C cord to use with a power supply and a short USB-C cable to connect from hub to TB port on Mac. I had no issue removing the two small screws to access the NVME bay but I did use my own screw driver. I installed a WD SN550 1TB drive to use as my TM backup. Works at spec speed. I also checked all the other ports and they all work to spec. I did notice that the Mac tends to slide on the hub so I put 6 small silicone bumpers between the Mac and Hub to prevent sliding. I did run a test and connected the hub to a USB port (ilo TB port) on my Studio Display. All worked fine but the NVME speed dropped by about 25% so I kept it connected to the TB port. I also connected a power source to be sure all drives would not become disconnected. I also tested for any wifi interference and found none. 3-10-25 update: I found that every few days my drive would be ejected. I replaced the USB-C provided cable with a Thunderbolt cable and now no more issues. 3-13-25 update: Drive still ejected about every day at least once when attaching another drive to one of the ports. Does not do it every time. Could be the TB port bus is over loading. 3-13-25 2nd update. Just realized the PD port does nothing (no power supplied) which is probably the cause of my disks being ejected. I'm lowering the review to 2 stars. Will have to return

Es el complemento perfecto para la Mac mini. Me tardé tiempo en que el producto estuviera disponible, por la demanda estuvo escaso, pero vale mucho la espera. Excelente producto.
