This was a great addition to our camera system that can work independently from the DVR even if you don’t have an available port. It works via WiFi and you only need a power source. The pan and tilt works nice. Talking through the camera is not great due to echo but otherwise the audio is good. The night vision camera is a great addition as well. The camera does not tilt down very low. But the fixed for that is to mount the camera upside down and the tilt feature will go much further. This will allow you to get a better view of a downward angle. Not a bad package for the price.

We got this to keep an eye on my elderly mother and it has been great. She loves having it knowing that if anything were to happen we could see it and also talk to her. It was pretty easy to set up and I was able to share it with my sister. There are no onerous subscription fees and the camera does a great job of tracking people movement and triggering on people moving. We even have alerts set up if movements happen between certain time periods. If this had been more expensive, I wouldn't have given it 5 stars because it's not perfect but for the price, it's amazing. There are no hubs to buy, no subscriptions and it has a lot of features including the night vision and mapping off what areas of movement trigger alerts. All in all, one of the best finds. It's not a fully featured emergency system or anything but it really gives my mom, my sister and me some peace of mind.

Decent camera and the video quality is really good for price. The camera moving when it senses movement is essential. The customer service/tech is some of the worst I have ever experienced, ever. They don't have any tech skills they just read off a script. One in 10 can answer basic questions. The insist that you answer like 10 different questions before you can ask your question/address your concern. They make everything much harder then necessary for no reason. So just hope you never have to call them. 4 stars for the camera and app, Zero stars for customer service.

So I've had this product since August 2025 and honestly, it's a hit or miss it will actually work half the time. Absolutely useless the other half. It refuses to connect wireless, so I have it hard lined into my router (which has decent connection). I can't rely on this piece of garbage when I need it. Most of the time when trying to view the live feed I get the "Uh Oh. Something went wrong" message. Even if I just viewed the live footage SECONDS before, closed the app and cleared the cache. The other half of the time it's got some cool features, like the ability to talk through the camera and move the lens via remote over the app. (Which at times will not respond btw) The picture quality is quite flawless and the night vision is the same. My buddy has this same camera and he doesn't have as many issues. Overall, I'd say go with a different brand. If you can't rely on the functionality of the camera in times of need, it's worthless. The amount of times I get the message "Uh oh! Something went wrong. Tap to retry" is unforgivable. The moment I actually need to use the system it won't connect. This has been a problem for the past 4 months. Rebooting doesn't work either. So if you're away on vacation, you're pretty much screwed. Update: It's been almost a year now. Updated fast internet, direct ethernet connection, replaced the camera twice, and got a new phone. It still only works 20% of the time. Will be replacing this brand with someone more reliable.
