HE IS GOING TO GO DOWN AS ONE OF THE TOP MUSIC' GENIUSES OF THIS CENTURY. THE STORIES HE WROTE FOR THESE SONGS ARE MIND BLOWING. HE HIMSELF IS A MASTERPIECE OF AN ARTIST.

Hozier just continues to surprise and intrigue. Muscular vocals and dark lyrics that haunt you long after you have experienced the recording. Highly recommended.

The song "Too Sweet" was the reason I bought this CD. It has so many songs that are absolutely beautiful and have a depth rarely found in music today. Hozier's lyrics are profound and his voice is so lilting, lyrical and when needed stentorian. This CD is a treasure!

The art is awesome and the CD functions. My issue is that it's one of those cardboard sleeves, not a plastic case. Meaning, after a year or two of using it the crease will start thinning and it's eventually going to fall apart. I have plenty of other recently purchased CDs for the same price that still came in a plastic case. Bit of a bummer, definitely looks weird with the rest of my albums. Wouldn't have purchased if I knew what the case was as it's just asking to be ruined by a knocked drink or from being put away at the wrong angle.

Hozier is my favorite artist and listening to this album, with all the songs in one place is truly amazing. He is the real deal!

The music is just spectacularly beautiful. This is more a review of the packaging. First of all the art direction of the album is amazing and the disposition of the panels are super cool. Then, WHY WOULD YOU RUIN IT WITH A DIGISLEEVE. I am begging record labels to bring back the tray. Or at least make it so the disc is not so snug. It is IMPOSSIBLE to take the disc out without ripping something or scratching it. I know tons of people who just buy the album for aesthetic purposes, but there are lots of us who actually listen to it. And we can't even do that cause taking the discs out is a gigantic pain in the arse. Also the booklet? Are we supposed to read thay without a microscope? I see perfectly up close thank you very much. But it feels like it was designed to be printed in a vinyl size and then shrunk into oblivion to fit a disc size. The thickness and the colour of the font is constantly battling the background photo. The experience of the album is completely overshadowed by the packaging and it breaks my heart cause I love Hozier. Not all of us want a vinyl collection okay. We also don't want mini reproductions of vinyl. Bring back good quality digipacks. Learn something from metak record labels. I can't believe they deal with a fraction of the budget of what big names like Hozier have, and yet the quality of their packaging is miles better and at a better price. This was really expensive for a gdamn digisleeve. Okay I'm done.
