The quality that you expect from KIMBER. This set of sights make target acquisition in low light conditions much easier.I would recommend taking these to a Master Gunsmith, even though the instructions say that you can install then yourself.A special sight removal tools is needed. Even some gunsmiths will not attempt it if they do not have that exact  tool.

Sight is exactly as in the picture. It is only a rear sight and does not include a front sight, as suggested in one of the comments below. The matching front sight will cost you another $50-$60, and then gunsmith installation cost.
