I usually have regular insoles that help me get through the day but this was definitely a game changer. I already have knee and ankle issue and being on my feet all the time doesn't necessarily help but after putting these on I FEEL the difference as I walk around. It alleviates a lot of the impact my knees & ankles take plus I can put it under my current insoles.These also work great with dress shoes that come with minimal cushion. Takes a lot of pressure off without making the shoe tighter like other insoles.Bought one a couple weeks ago and I'm buying two more now for myself for my everyday shoes & my boss.
