To reep the benefits you do have to train hard getting your cardio up. Does not do anything without being covered needs a waist band to work but I don't use one as they restrict my movement so I use cling film after applying and it works wonders very happy with product. Only thing I would say is that when putting on it goes down very quickly and washing it off is lots of soap and warm water as it leaves an oil feeling residue if not cleaned off properly.
