I never talk about the delivery because it has nothing what so ever to do with the product and it's a waste of your time. My hearing aids came, I read the instuctions and downloaded the app. A 2 year old could do the app.and it works 100%. I did notice right away that the left aid was running the 312 batteries dead within about 30 -40 mins. I called Blaids and I was expecting no one to answer. Well lo and behold on the 2-3 ring a live person answer and dealt with the problem with in a few mins. She told me they had a few others with the same problem. Now here's where I will mention a delivery because it has to do with the company. I had my new aid delivered in three days. It doesn't kill the batteries. It comes with bluetooth but, try not to use it as with any aid it draws a lot of power from the battery. Also be very careful with amplifiers, they do not split the sound they just amplify every sound and they are loud at lowest level. They have no bt connectivity for use with youtube vids or the like, you have to use little round batteries for them, and honestly, they cost too much to be like that. The batteries last 36 hrs. That's it. I am always aware of them. Not comfortable at all. And they squeal no matter how low I turn the volume control down. You can control the volume via the app, but again. They squeal even when I turn them down, So why have them!? I haven't found a tube yet that fits my ears and the domes keep falling out no matter what size I use. They aren't easy to use at all. I wouldn't recommend these. ### ⭐ Bad product that doesn't work. *by K***L on 11 October 2024* I have bought them for my dad, who spent significant time trying to make them work, telling me about multiple random problems either with sound quality or something not working or uncontrolled beeping. So I took them to try to set them up myself. I have degree in engineering and pretty comfortable with software. I spent 5 hours trying to make them to work and, unfortunately, its a bad product that is more like a first prototype, developed by group of university students, rather than complete market ready solution, that can be used by people. Right ear doesn't work. It has multiple problems with connectivity, even when I follow "reconnect" instructions multiple times and try to do a workaround. Even if I am able to connect it them to Bluetooth via the app, hearing test works on left one, but I wasn't able to make it work on the right ear. No matter what I tried. Left ear "kinda" works... but it is in no way "easy" to set it up. It has metalic undertone, random beeping that I couldn't stop. And not a very good sound overall. Additionally, whoever is that software genius that made the app (AcoSound) has never heard about different mobile platforms to test it on. Entire design on IoS (IPhone) is completely messed up, because it was very obviously only made for Android. Overall, had I been university professor, I would have graded that as A- for a month-long engineering project, as its a good test-prototype, with some problems that can be fixed.
