The liquid dispenses about 3 drops at a time - but at least it does dispense. The foaming dispensed one time, doesn't hold a charge, and nothing I do will get it to dispense again. I'm afraid this is a big waste of money; which is a shame, because I like the aesthetic of it so much better than the other designs I've seen.
