They are very good! **Q: Does It Have Soy?** A: According to the packaging it contains soy bean oil. **Q: Why does it take so long to get them?** A: Great to use for hot and sour soup **Q: I just received 2 orders of the wonton strips and both were months past the stamped best used by date. Anyone else have this problem?** A: All I can say is I didn't even notice they had a stamped date on them...In any case I have used whatever was sent. They have all been absolutely wonderful.
