## Description

Product description               The scamorza is a stringy cheese, such as mozzarella and provolone, obtained by processing cow's milk or mixed, otherwise, arising from two milkings.   Handmade, is sold in packs of Kg. 1, composed of several pieces based on availability and size, witness that the production purely hand craftsmanship.   Food packed in envelope, and later inserted in special packaging polystyrene.                  Directions               After opening, store in the refrigerator. Optimally store at 4-7°C. Before serving, remove from the fridge and at room temperature for approx. Leave to rest for 30 minutes to optimally develop the taste.
