After looking at specialist web-sites for a medal display frames I wondered where they got their prices from. Some wanted up to £40.00 for the same size frame. I ordered this 3 medal frame and for £12.99 and when it arrived I was more than satisfied with the quality and the looks. I wanted a contrasting back to the cream mount so purchased a small square of grey felt from Dunelm (£0.45p) sprayed the back board with adhesive and covered it with felt. As my medals all have rear clasp pins bars, I did not want to remove them so I slit the felt where the mounting slots were located and opened up the slots to enable the pin bars to sit flat. I then just fixed medals in place with ordinary pins at the rear. I am very pleased with the result and I must say the display looks as good, if not better than some of the websites who mount the medals for you. Now my medals are wonderfully displayed instead of being in boxes in the drawer. Would highly recommend this product and also suggest getting felt to make securing the medals easier and enhancing their display. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Value for money, looks nice *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 April 2017* I bought tow of these to display some medals, they look really nice. They are lightweight yet strong I say this as I managed to drop one (about three feet) as I was reaching to put it up and it totally survived a fall onto laminate flooring undamaged.They look really nice when put up. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again.Would be nice if different coloured mounts could be purchased this is not a negative I would have liked a deep red mount. It looks and is exceptionally smart and professional. My medals have safety type pins on the back so it's a bit fidly to mount them. However, once done they look superb. Always had them in their presentation boxes and never displayed them. Should have done it years ago.
