You have to give it many hours to 'inflate' and feels firm to the touch but sleeping on it. I find very comfortable but that is only my opinion.

Bought through Amazon and think it is very good value for money paid, came within 2-3 weeks but badly packed, did not affect mattress. You have to give it many hours to 'inflate' and feels firm to the touch but sleeping on it. I find very comfortable but that is only my opinion.
